Horrors

I love the book Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Macguire. Elphaba is awesome... I expecailly liked her as a child. This is an illistration of the last scene of the first part when young Elphaba takes Turtleheart's looking glass and goes down to the dock with it. When her family finally finds her she is in the paws of a tiger/dragon beast, staring into the gleaming glass, her eye glowing brightly. Seeing the future in this glass (when the Wizard comes to Oz) she mutters her first words; Horrors.

You must read the book if you haven't. It's a charm.

The style I used for this (lines... radiating lines from one point) should never be used by anyone on the face of the planet... ever. It is better to just stab yourself in the eye and save the time. Grah.

I like the outcome though.
